Sarah LaPlena has officially earned her Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and is a Purdue University alumna!
This hardworking, organized grad will soon be working for Newell Brands and going through their Supply Chain Development Management Program (a huge honor). She has big things ahead, but today, I’m so excited to congratulate Sarah and share her Class of 2021 Purdue University senior photos on the blog!
From her program to Greek life, Sarah has truly loved her time at Purdue.
More often than not, seniors’ parents contact me about Purdue graduation photos. But, I was very impressed with Sarah, because she took matters into her own hands. In fact, she reached out to me way back in January (She’s clearly a planner!) AND was willing to schedule a sunrise session!
Side note: I highly recommend taking Purdue senior photos at sunrise so you don’t have to wait for iconic photo spots and so you don’t have lots of people in the backgrounds of your photos. It’s 100% worth getting up early for these photos!
After finishing her finals, Sarah met up with me at 7:00 am for her cap and gown session. With her one-hour shoot, Sarah wanted to hit up the iconic Purdue landmarks: The Engineering Fountain, The Union, The Administration Building, and—of course—The Bell Tower.
Since becoming a Boilermaker, Sarah has loved her program, living in her sorority house with her best friends, and attending Purdue sporting events. If you ask me, taking photos with so many iconic Purdue landmarks was a beautiful way to wrap up Sarah’s season at Purdue. I hope she feels the same way!
