I’m Victoria Rayburn—a wedding photographer, small business owner, and marketing expert who doesn’t believe work-life balance exists.
However, I do believe there’s power in determining your priorities—both in your personal life and in your business—and making choices and creating systems based around what’s most important to you and what’s going to lead to results.
In every episode of Priority Pursuit, you, experts, and I will (1) discuss how to protect and make time for what’s most important to you in your personal life and (2) clarify which business practices are actually helping you meet your goals. This way, you can prioritize the tactics that work, ditch the ones that don’t, feel confident in your ability to run your business, and be present in your life.

Hello! I’m Victoria Rayburn.
A few years ago, I felt like I was drowning working full-time as the content director for a marketing agency, building my wedding photography business at night and on the weekends, and failing at being present in my personal life. Today, I’m living out my dream as a wedding photographer who consistently books her calendar every year, but I do my best to put my faith, Zach (my husband), Hattie (our goldendoodle), and the other people and activities I love most before my business. I firmly believe that I’m able to have a career that I love because I understand how to reach my best customers, and I’ve learned the hard way that loving your job too much can damage your personal life and relationships. As a result, I felt called to start Priority Pursuit—a podcast for creative entrepreneurs—which I hope will help you define, maintain, and pursue (1) what’s most important to you and (2) the business and marketing strategies that actually help your business grow.
