The best way to wrap up the 2023 wedding season? With Mr. and Mrs. Fair and their brunch wedding of course!

Both in life and on their wedding day, Alec and Bailey are very intentional. They knew exactly what they wanted their wedding day to be, and on Saturday, October 21, 2023, they became husband and wife with a 10:30 am ceremony and the most beautiful at-home, brunch wedding reception.

Between the intentionality Alec and Bailey put into planning their wedding and all of the truly stunning details they selected, I will forever be in awe of this VRP bride and groom’s celebration, and I’m so excited to share previews from their intimate wedding on the blog!

Can I share one of my biggest blessings with you? The women in my life.

A couple weeks ago, my aunts and mama hosted our baby shower. And, as I looked around the room, I was overwhelmed by how many amazing women I have in my life and by the fact that my daughter will get to share this blessing.

As an adult, I have the best friends and colleagues, but for my whole life, I’ve had the privilege of watching my grandmothers, mom, and aunts—all of whom are incredibly driven and hardworking and many whom are small business owners themselves—pursue big dreams while also prioritizing their families above their careers.

Honestly, the workaholic tendencies run deep on both sides of my family, and as our baby girl’s due date gets closer, I am very nervous about how I’ll juggle a career I love and being the mama I want to be. But, again, I know I’ve been blessed with the best role models.

To those who attended our shower and blessed baby Rayburn with all she physically needs, thank you. To my aunts and mom, thank you for throwing the best shower. To @oliviahendressphotography, thank you so much for flawlessly capturing this special day (including a five generation photo that I’ll treasure forever).

And, to all the incredible women in my life, thank you for being one of my biggest blessings. I cannot wait for my baby girl to experience having you as role models.

The best way to spend your wedding day? However YOU want!

This is exactly what Bailey and Alec did. On Saturday, this darling VRP bride and groom became husband and wife with a 10:30 am ceremony and then invited their 30 guests back to their house for a beautiful brunch.

I cannot wait to share more images from one of the sweetest, most intentional wedding days I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing, but for now, I’m so excited to share previews from Alec and Bailey’s intimate but incredibly elegant celebration.

Can I share something that I just love about Baile

Can I share something that I just love about Bailey and Alec?

They make really intentional decisions and decide when to go big and when to keep things simple. For example, knowing that they’d want to rest after their wedding, they decided to take a big European trip this past summer, and after their wedding, they’ll enjoy some time doing nothing but relaxing on the beach at an all-inclusive resort.

Also, knowing that they wanted to be able to spend their wedding day with the people who mean the most to them, they decided to keep their wedding small—but oh-so lovely—with just 30 guests, a ceremony at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, and brunch at their new, beautifully built home.

Personally, I cannot imagine a better way to wrap up the 2023 wedding season than with Bailey and Alec’s intimate, brunch wedding. Stay tuned for photos, and double tap to congratulate the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Fair! 🥂🍾🎉💍

As detail oriented as Sarah is, I shouldn’t have been surprised by how perfectly her and Johnny’s wedding day came together. I mean, from their house that was essentially built to be the most perfect bridal suite to the time built into their reception that allowed Johnny and Sarah to spend quality time with each and every one of their guests, October 14, 2023 was perfect in every way.
