These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Indiana.  You expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Indiana and expressly agree that the proper venue for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be the state courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.  Possible evidence of use of the Sites for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the Sites.
