I’ll be honest. Sometimes, senior guy photos can be rough. Eighteen-year-old men just aren’t excited to be in front of the camera and often come to sessions with bad attitudes.
However, that was NOT the case for Jack! After spending just two hours with Jackson Pridemore, I can tell you that this sweet senior is kind, humble, and thoughtful, and I’m so excited to share his senior photos on Lake Freeman in Monticello, Indiana on the blog!
Jack wanted to have his senior photos taken on Lake Freeman.
While Jack went to school and has spent much of his life growing up in Louisville, his dad, stepmom, and a lot of his family live in the Lafayette, Indiana area and have always had a connection to Lake Freeman. (Side note: His stepmom, Marla, is co-owner of The Cellar Wine Bistro—our favorite date night spot. You need to check this incredible wine bar out if you haven’t already!)
For as long as Jack can remember, he’s spent as much time as possible on the lake. It seems to be his favorite place. And, since he’s in Indiana all summer and now living in the Hoosier state, he’s been spending every spare moment at his aunt and uncle’s lake house this summer.
As a result, when I asked Jack where he wanted to have his senior photos taken, he didn’t hesitate. He wanted to take his senior photos on Lake Freeman in Monticello, Indiana and to take the boat out for a few photos. How much fun is that?!
I’m so glad Jack had this idea and that his aunt and uncle graciously let us use their lakefront property and boat!
Jack will attend Purdue University in fall 2020.
Jack is a 2020 senior, meaning his senior year of high school didn’t end at all how he’d planned. But, he is very excited to attend Purdue in the fall!
Jack plans to study engineering, and if he approaches life like he approached his senior session (all in, graciously, and without being afraid to share ideas), I have no doubt that he has big things ahead for him!
