2020 may not have gone exactly how Zach and Kourtney expected, but this darling couple is officially Mr. and Mrs. Ellington! And, I’m so excited to share their Bel Air Events wedding in Kokomo, Indiana on the blog!
Having to delay their wedding due to COVID only made Zach, Kourtney, & their loved ones celebrate harder!
Now, I have to say, when COVID started forcing brides and grooms to postpone their weddings, I was sad for all couples put in this unfortunate situation. But, my heart broke especially for Zach and Kourtney.
You see, Kourtney is as organized as people come. (She and I are a lot alike. It’s a little scary!) She had every detail of her and Zach’s wedding planned and nailed down. Then, they were forced to postpone.
But, in typical Kourtney fashion, she systematically contacted all of her vendors, found a date that worked for everyone, and moved her and Zach’s wedding from June 6, 2020 to August 29, 2020.
When they had to move their date, Zach and Kourtney were understandably disappointed. But, after witnessing their celebration on Saturday, I think it’s safe to say that the added anticipation only made Zach, Kourtney, their family, and their friends celebrate this sweet couple with even more love and fun!
Zach & Kourtney celebrated their marriage with a Bel Air Events wedding in Kokomo, Indiana.
Zach and Kourtney’s lavender, silver, and black color palette couldn’t have looked any more stunning at Bel Air Events ! (Side note: Big shout out to florist Leslie Jones Designs. Purple flowers can be difficult, but Leslie and her team did an amazing job with the florals!)
Kourtney and her girls began this beautiful wedding day by having their hair and makeup done in Bel Air Events’ bridal suite. After they were ready and we took getting ready photos of both the bride and groom, Zach and Kourtney shared a first look behind the venue. (Pro tip: Choose a wedding venue with gorgeous grounds so you don’t have to travel for photos!)
After their first look, bridal party photos, and family photos, Kourtney’s dad walked her down the aisle, and Zach and Kourtney officially became husband and wife!
Then, after grabbing some “just married” photos, Zach, Kourtney, and their loved ones were ready to party! I mean, their dance floor was packed with both people and glowsticks, and the throwback playlist played by Jason of DJ Sound Solutions had everyone singing at the top of their lungs!
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Ellington!

This sweet ring bearer wasn’t sure about bridal party photos, but after a little cupcake bribery from his mama, he agreed to take a sweet photo by himself. Isn’t he a doll?!
