Brandon and Brittany’s wedding day may have been hot, but the heat didn’t take away from any of the magic. And, I’m so excited to share Mr. & Mrs. Rehmel’s wedding at Exploration Acres in Lafayette, Indiana on the blog!
Brandon & Brittany became husband & wife on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Exploration Acres.
Brandon and Brittany go way back. Brittany and her family moved to Indiana from Canada when she was 12 years old. And, in middle school, Brittany met the love of her life. (She didn’t know it at the time!)
Brandon and Brittany started dating their senior year of high school, and they’ve been together ever since, making them high school sweethearts!
It was so much fun to hear Haylee, Brittany’s maid of honor, give a recap of Brandon and Brittany’s relationship during her toast. (She gave an incredible speech!) Brittany and Haylee have been best friends since high school, so Haylee has had the pleasure of watching Brandon and Brittany’s relationship develop over the years.
After a two-year engagement, these high school sweethearts became husband and wife!
Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Brandon and Brittany celebrated their wedding at Exploration Acres—a barn wedding venue in Lafayette, Indiana.
Their burgundy, blush, and navy color palette matched their venue perfectly; Brittany looked like a princess (which was her goal); and Brandon even managed to work a hat into his ensemble. (He’s a hat guy!)
Despite the heat, it couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding day!
Brandon & Brittany truly planned their wedding together.
What I love most about Brandon and Brittany is that they really work as a team. Many grooms take the back seat during wedding planning, but Brandon and Brittany wanted to make sure that they planned their wedding together.
In fact, Brandon was the one to contact me about wedding photos! I’ve only had a handful of grooms inquire, so I was really impressed with Brandon!
During the wedding planning process, Brandon and Brittany divided up tasks and conquered them all, making their dream wedding come to life!
Brandon and Brittany, I hope you always work as a team—just like you did while planning your wedding.

Brandon and Brittany, I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am for the two of you. I hope you loved every second of your wedding, but more importantly, I hope you’re elated to finally be husband and wife!

This is why you do a first look! It was so emotional and such a special moment for Brandon and Brittany to share in private. 
Shout out to DJ Indiana for doing an incredible job! And, I couldn’t help grabbing a photo with the bride and groom! Brittany was smart and brought a backup dress to slip on after photos. It was hot!
