Cody & Britney: Downtown Lafayette, Indiana Engagement Photos
June 29, 2021Did Josh schedule a photo shoot for himself and his dog? Yes, yes he did. And, I’m so excited to share previews from Josh and Flash’s shoot at The Celery Bog in West Lafayette, Indiana on the blog!
Flash means the world to Josh, which is why a photo shoot was such a great idea.
Josh and I go way back—back to preschool more specifically. While we’ve been out of high school longer than I care to admit, Josh and I have stayed in touch. As a result, I know how much Flash—who is such a good boy—means to his dad.
A few months ago, Josh jokingly asked, “Would it be cool if I did a session with my dog?” He thought I’d say no, but when I got excited about the prospect, we had to get the shoot on the calendar! (Don’t joke about dog photoshoots. After weddings, they’re my fav!)
And, I’m so glad we did, because here’s the thing. If you have a dog, you know that they’re part of your family and bring a kind of joy that only other dog owners can understand.
In all honesty, we don’t deserve dogs, and at the same time, they aren’t with us long enough. Flash is a huge part of Josh’s life and has been there for Josh in good times and in bad. This pup is Josh’s best friend and a pretty good wingman, and I have no doubt that Josh will never regret having photos taken with his best boy.
If you have a pup you love, include them in your photos. They’re part of your family and deserve to be honored, loved, and forever remembered.
Check out this photo shoot of a man & his dog!
Okay, I’ll stop gushing about dogs and just let you look at Josh and Flash’s photos taken at The Celery Bog in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Josh, I’m so glad you decided to do this!
