The vendor team created a timeless winter wedding at The Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion in Carmel, Indiana.

Now, full disclosure, this lovely wedding was not a real wedding. It was a styled shoot, which is essentially a mock wedding that allows wedding vendors to gain images to build their portfolios.

But, I sure wish this winter wedding at The Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion was real. I mean, it was stunning!

While many winter weddings tend to feature shades of red, dark greens, and navy, Kaitlin Mendoza Photography and Becoming Designs Events—the lead vendors and organizers of this styled shoot—wanted to create a wedding aesthetic that elegantly went against the norm.

As a result, they decided to utilize an ivory and gold color palette. And, between the color palette, linen details, simply stunning florals, and the neutral but elegant Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion, the vendor team created a winter wedding that was truly timeless—meaning there will never be a time in history where the aesthetics of this wedding aren’t considered breathtaking!

Now, in case you’re looking at these images and are falling in love with The Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion but are afraid this green-house inspired venue might be too cold for a winter wedding, I want to assure you that that is not the case.

This styled shoot took place on a cold day in January, and I can personally attest that the venue was plenty warm and comfortable.

While there wasn’t snow on the ground for this winter wedding at The Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion, during the shoot, I kept thinking, “What if it snowed here on a couple’s wedding day?!” I mean, can you imagine being warm during your reception and being surrounded by 360 degrees of snow?! How lovely that would be, especially with the neutral color palette used in this shoot!
